Ziff Davis Acquires TDS Gift Cards

Ziff Davis (NASDAQ: ZD), a vertically focused digital media and internet company, has acquired TDS Gift Cards, bolstering its Shopping business and broadening its capabilities to help facilitate commerce between consumers and some of the most highly visible brands. The strategic acquisition expands Ziff Davis’ innovative shopping solutions for merchant partners, while giving TDS merchant partners access to millions of in market shoppers on RetailMeNot and across the Ziff Davis portfolio of sites.
